Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, contact us at team@truenovalabs.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of any damage. For safety and product-integrity reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used product.
